All merchandise returns are subject to the following:

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, including the package insert, and the product must be in re-saleable condition. Prior authorizations are required for all returns.

To return product you must obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please see section named Request Return Authorization Number.

If there are discrepancies in your order, or the merchandise is damaged during shipping, you must notify Great Eyedeal within thirty (30) business days.

A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returned merchandise.

If returned within 30 days, defective merchandise may be replaced or credit applied. Please enclose a letter describing the problem. The manufacturer will determine the final credit allowed.

Brand name pharmaceuticals (i.e., Alcon, etc.) that have expired may be returned for credit at 85% of the purchase price if the expiration date does not exceed 6 months. Manufacturers' policies vary from product to product.

Generic and refrigerated pharmaceuticals are non-returnable. This is the manufacturers’ policy.

Following final disposition of any returned merchandise, a Credit will be issued.
